The iStructure Tempe project involved the construction of a 60,000 SF building including a 31,000 SF state-of-the-art data center built to withstand the effects of a natural disaster. The facility infrastructure included multiple UPS systems, redundant generators, and a back-up water supply system.
This project included the retroft of existing computer classroom space into data center space. Project included the installation of two new generators and 1500 KVA/450KW UPS system. Project also included installation of APC in row cooling and power distribution system.

The Scott Technology Center Campus is a multi-stage project which consists of a high technology offce building/research center and Data Center. The facility is being certifed by the Uptime Institute to a Tier III - Concurrent Maintainability status and will include most features of a Tier IV facility.
The Nebraska Medical System Cancer Center is housed in a medical office building that was modified to meet the needs of a state-of-the-art cancer treatment center. Kiewit Building Group constructed an addition to the building which includes a radiation oncology department with linear accelerator vaults and areas for disease diagnosis, medical examination and infusion therapy.
The Woodhouse renovations project involved the renovation and addition of multiple spaces at an auto dealership. The project included adding 3,500 square feet of showroom space, a 1,250 square foot parts receiving area and renovating a 40,000 square foot show room/office facility.
Unexpected asbestos abatement and the second snowiest winter in Colorado's history were some of the challenges Kiewit Building Group Inc. faced while building Parking Structure H. However, Kiewit met the challenges, achieving beneficial occupancy by opening two levels of the parking structure and completed the project on the requested date.
